John Campolini

Director

My name is John Campolini, one of the three Directors of Edward Ashdale and I have over 40 years experience of the letting and management of residential properties. I have two grown up children and two delightful young granddaughters who keep me on my toes and make me smile. I originate from the South of Italy and still have family there who I visit on a regular basis.

My role these days is to oversee the running of the Company and make sure the service we give our clients is second to none. I have always believed in giving a personal service to our Landlords and Tenants and am delighted that so many of our Tenants return to us after moving away for various reasons and if they return to the areas we cover, return to us as clients. I am known for my straight talking and friendliness.

Sam Samuel MNAEA CRLM

Director

Ambitious and committed, Sam first served with the Royal Navy in a career of more than six years. Sam was then employed by London Borough of Southwark as a Housing Assistant, before promotion to Housing Officer, managing several dense residential estates in Peckham, South East London.

Whilst with Southwark Council, Sam obtained a Diploma in Social Housing & Management. After three years with the council, Sam joined a newly formed letting agency as a negotiator and was quickly promoted to Manager, where he remained for 10 years before launching independently.

Sam is always looking to develop all areas of the Estate Agency business by delivering high quality service and he works hard to buck the trend of the stereotypical Estate Agent. "There is no quick and easy way to ultimate success. Through application, honesty and continued referrals, we shall achieve our aims," says Sam.

John Adamthwaite

Director

John Adamthwaite has been in the Property Industry for over 30 years, managing and letting residential and commercial property for UK based and overseas Landlords. These days his days are spent mainly of "backroom" duties overseeing the myriad of paperwork etc that needs to be done although his first love is meeting Tenants and Landlords face to face.

Steve Shepherd

Sales Manager

Joined as Partner responsible for Residential Sales in May 2011, Steve posesses unrivaled enthusiasm for the property market with over 27 years experience in the industry with both corporate, multi branch and independent agencies.

Steve’s tried, trusted and effective way of selling residential property is to work closely with owners to get the best price possible for any proposition without holding people up for lengthy periods on the market. He is careful not to over exaggerate projected valuations or potential asking prices. With his lengthy experience Steve is fully aware of the dangers and damage to a clients equity that can be caused by over valuing. The effect is to lose money for a client in the long run.

Senior Lettings & Sales Negotiator

With more than 10 years in IT and 10 years sales experience, Joanne Berry heads up the lettings team. She has expanded the business through hard work, quick-thinking and attention to detail.

From 1 bedroom apartments through to luxury executive homes, each landlord and property is treated with a consistent fresh, positive and professional approach, gaining Edward Ashdale their advancing reputation.

Derrick Boyce

Senior Sales & Lettings Negotiator

Derrick began his career in estate agency as a Saturday driver before becoming a full time sales negotiator. Derrick joined us in January 2008 after gaining several years of experience working for some of the major Estate Agencies in South London. He has experience of both residential Sales & Lettings and also gained some knowledge of the Commercial market. His blend of enthusiasm, professionalism, experience and no nonsense attitude has made him a firm favourite with tenants and Landlords alike. On the downside, he supports Arsenal FC.

Trudy Armstrong

Property Manager/Negotiator

Trudy has been with the company since 2008, presiding over the management of Edward Ashdale's portfolio of properties and liaising with clients, both corporate and individual, in the UK and abroad.

Trudy comes with vast experience of working in one of the world's largest banking organisations, overseeing contracts from the outset through to delivery which include the creation and management of IT systems.

A meticulous individual with a no-nonsense business approach, Trudy has a passion for all aspects of property.

Sarah Mollison

Administrator/Accounts Assistant

Sarah joined in November 2007 and is forever committed to providing a service for tenants, landlords, contractors and the Edward Ashdale team.

Sarah offers general business experience having headed her own company in the service industry previously. Sarah has extensive knowledge of the market area, and local business people.

Jodie Sriskandapalan

Office & Customer Accounts Administrator

Jodie started her working life after leaving school with us, and liked it so much that she has remained here for the past 10 years. Jodie runs the accounts for both tenants and Landlords, and also deals with tenants queries regarding maintenance issues etc. It is not an easy job trying to keep everyone happy, but she does it very well with her jovial nature and determination to see things through which has made her an invaluable member of the team.
